Thank you for choosing Connectia Solutions Private Limited, a leading IT company specializing in the purchase, sale, resale, refunds, and warranties of digital services like servers, hosting, SSL certificates, Windows Office licenses, Email Services via Google and Microsoft and offer other services such as Application and Mobile Application development, UI/UX and Graphic Designing Services, IT Infrastructure Consulting and Services, Service Desk support Services, SEO, Digital Marketing and content writing services . These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing payments and refunds when engaging with our services. Important For Digital Licences Only:
Please note that digital licenses if defective then we will first replace it with new License code and if nothing works out then only can be refunded if this is requested via email to support@connectia.in within 3 days of the purchase only if license key doesn’t work. No Licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company.

Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues
The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in case of a duplicated order, not any other.Defective keycodes will be replaced. Defective codes can only be proven by the company only with an output from Microsoft.

Cancellation Policy for Digital Licences
Once the order is received it can’t be cancelled.

Connectia Solutions Private limited or its affiliates (Vendors/Resellers other entities who are partnered with Connectia Solutions Private Limited) does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software.

Terms and Conditions, general payments and refunds:

- We accept payments through various secure methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital wallets, national and international. Payment options may vary based on the service availed and also based on the currency conversion rate for the day.

1.2 Pricing:
- Pricing for our services is clearly outlined on our website or provided to you through our sales team. Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but any changes will not affect ongoing contracts

1.3 Payment Terms:
- Payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or agreement via an official email from accounts@connectiasolutions.in. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt or as mentioned on the invoice.

1.4 Late Payments:
- Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges as per our discretion. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

1.5 Taxes:
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying any taxes imposed on your transactions.
